Ah, Christmas

So today we set out to make Christmas cookies for a party and while wandering trader joes collecting delicious comfort food for my sick self, discovered $2.29 boxes of pfeffernuse. Immediately my husband and I were struck with a marvelous idea: we will buy these, pretend we made them and then sit around eating food, playing video games and watching movies. I am okay with this. What kind of schmuck am I to slave away in the kitchen when I can just buy $2.29 cookies pre-made. Ah, now I will go sit on my ass and relax.
